My wife and I own a handful of vacation rental property units in Michigan, our home base.

IF I can get my unit turned over fast enough, I can potentially have a new guest in the day after someone moves out (move out in the AM, new guest in by late afternoon the following day).

I have a lead on 13 parcels of land that used to have 120 units on them.

Video clearly shows a vacant unit, also the info graphic on front noted there was also a vacant unit.

Separate unit to rent. 

My AC unit quit and I got an email from their Property Services Manager with options and prices to get it fixed.

For example in Dekalb you must live in one of the units.

Last I checked, I think there has to be a set unit count that you have before you would be able to use it, not too sure on that though! 

I do know a local investor who has mostly taken non residential structure and used ADU laws to add units.  

We are looking for multi family units up to $600k or up to $400k single-family homes or townhomes.
