Raise money and do your own deal, but be sure that those investing with you know that you don't have experience.

It seems it was a temporary government sponsored play to help move Department of Veteran Affairs owned foreclosures off the books when there was a glut of them.  

If you can keep the amount of physical possessions you own to a smaller amount it will make the frequent moves easier.

I haven't faced any challenges yet since owning but will update over the years if any should arise Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?
