I've just started the online course through Real Estate Express and plan on completing it before I make the trip home.I do have some money saved up to keep me afloat for a few months while I get into the business but I'm just looking for any advice or tips towards being a successful agent and making a salary as soon as possible once I start.

I feel when you do that your paying more interest on lines of credit or what not?

If I am not mistaken the values there have nearly doubled in less than 10 years and thats not sustainable so there may be some good deals around the bend for youThanks for the tip.

I have no clue where to start, any tips?

I would like to add my car to the LLC as an asset, but i have heard several stores about this.Can I do that or not, and if so, do i deduct the interest on my car loan as "other interest" on schedule E or C?

But, I see no reason not to take the book with you too, and use it as a guide so you don't forget anything...BP will be releasing the Second Edition of the book in a few months, and I've included a section on "Inspection Tips" for each of the 25 components. 

There are online schools you study on your own.
