hello, thanks all for taking the time to read this. my wife and i just started investing in real estate we are about to rent our first rental property and are in contract for our second house. the house we are about to rent its only under my name i told my wife to open an llc under her name i recently came accross this video from bp talking about i could have issues with doing such thing. pls any advised would be appreciated thanks.

The tenant broke the lease and moved out and left a messI sent the message that the secutity deposit is not enough to cover the expenses after the tenant moved out to the last known address of the tenant (which is my rental house)A friend went to get the mail and its sitting there in the mail box.So, the tenant has not left any forwarding addresses and has not forwarded the mail.What should my friend do with that mail?
