I get that.If your not actually in the industry doing transactional bizz every day then I think its very lonely being a rental property investor you have a very limited sphere your working with  IE maybe an agent to acquire and then lender some contractors then either PM or tenants.

There are so many investors, lenders, agents and other professionals you can meet here that will help you get one step closer to your goal.
