Does address info on credit report match credit application..multiple address on report, but not listed on app..not good...probably a reason it's not disclosed..I recently took an application on someone with a great job, but no verifiable rental history..a 30K car loan on report, but basically doesn't pay landlord and moves around a lot....PASSED ON THAT ONE!

Does this mean that as new properties hit the MLS that match your criteria you are notified, or does this mean that you are notified of all the current properties on the MLS in your area that match your criteria?

If the funds are in a traditional IRA or 401k, you should transfer them to a traditional IRA account with the same investment selection I mentioned.Leave the funds in the appropriate account at Vanguard until you are ready to transfer the funds to a self directed IRA that will be of a matching tax status (Roth or traditional).

If you can rule out aggression or fear in meeting people or other dogs, and the dog is trained enough that it follows basic commands for you, personally, not just the owner, then it's a good match for our rental.3 x rental:   The last one was because they lost money on their last home and don't want to buy just yet.

A few things you need to considerWhat are the lower comps in the area since it is a rental the high comps do not matter as much.Did the construction of those homes match yours.Is the location of the property a rental area or home owners area.What are the repair estimates and your fee.The only thing that makes sense to me is that the numbers are wrong some where down the line.

OTOH, it could be worth the same or more.As far as finding comps, you may have to go further away, and/or use homes that are not really good matches and make adjustments to compensate for the differences.
