Hello all,We are looking to apply for our first loan and they’re wondering if it is best to go with a private lender or a bigger bank.

Question is should I pay off the down payment loan (7/1 ARM) early or put that money into savings and just refinance the ARM at end of the term?

Clearly the DSCR is the better loan, but doesn't provide the borrower the option of accessing capital at their discretion.

Lease should also state that the tenant be in compliant with HOA rules and be provided that document as well to have on hand of the HOA bylaws, rules and regulations, so that if they do have an HOA violation, they be charged that fee and correct the violation [when it's their fault].

If a lender will not get back to you in a timely manner on questions and updates once the loan starts then it can be very frustrating.
