Huge fan of the podcast as well @Joshua Dorkin and @Brandon TurnerRegarding this post in particular - one of my favorite threads on BP are the first time success stories, since they give some insight into the many different ways successful investors began their journey (as well as lessons learned).

Managing them is a totally different story though.Our profession is a practice, like any other profession; with one caveat, don't go broke in the process.

But that's a whole different story there.  

I'm doubtful that it would be the add-on, but let the numbers tell the story. 

I'm excited about the challenges to come and the stories to tell.

It's a single story building.

I asked my lender but apparently  (long story) due to a forclosure fromy several years ago, I am not eligible for conventional.

Is this true / stories of not being protected as a LLC.
