@Brock Mogensen  We have anyone we are working with sign one, but we also share with them that at any time they feel we (our team or myself) are not doing a bang up job for them, they can terminate the contract by simply "firing" us.

The fact that they could take generic aspirin, a generic Tylenol knock-off and drink some coffeee to achieve the same therapeutic levels for maybe 1/5 of the price is unimportant.You can talk to these people until you're blue in the face, and they'll still go out and buy Excedrin when they have headaches.
