let it stay as a WRONGLY APPLIED "primary home owner policy" for now with insurance company with the risk that the 'proofs' that the ins company will demand may not be successfully met.if insurance finds out its not a primary and then cancel policy - then they tell lender and lender creates issuesGet the current wrong policy changed to "seasonal home policy now" and DO NOT change it later and while renting out the place - ensure that renters have the renters insurance policy.So far inclined towards #3

I honestly don’t recommend this for you just cause you don’t seem experienced enough to successfully pull this off and the downfall is wasting an investors time, whatever appraisal will cost you, and losing an investor with tons of possible future deals because you bit more than you can chew on your first deal with him.

After using Wells Fargo for my last two properties that I’ve successfully sold for a profit, using conventional loans, it is taken me almost a week to get from the same person I’ve been talking to for the last two houses to tell me that yes, in the security vehicle a.k.a. the mortgage there is indeed one line that says that I intend to occupy the house for one year.
