The place I'm looking at is a double-wide and has a brick 1/2 front facade and a two room addition.

I'm looking at a property that seems like a good deal for owner-occupant plus a renter - it has a nice 3 bedroom house on the street, and another 2 bedroom kind of odd looking house on the back half of the property.

. $7500 was new kitchen, 1/2 bath, wiring, master bedroom, insul, electric upgrade, etc. $2500 in travel and food.

Only problem is that the only access into the Master Bedroom is through the Master Bath.

I have tracked a number of foreclosed homes that were "double ended" by the real estate agent and sold for 10% more than the list price after being on the market for 100 or more days.

One 3 bedroom house comes to mind where I haven't had a vacancy, no maintenance, nada!

I hope someone can explain this...1)why would anyone pay $500K for a 2 bedroom house?
