Sellers were desperate to sell in all 3 apt buildings that I viewed that were vacant with city orders.  

Rental history could offset credit to some degree, but not by much in my view.

FNMA and Freddie typically price uncapped loans more aggressively when compared to capped business but both sectors are priced competitively in comparison to other lending platforms described below.

There may be other factors that come into play, but that's the high level view.

Now, I just described your next trip to <pick a vacation spot>, and I would assume you wouldn't even consider doing this without a plan, so why would you even think about not taking the same logic into your "trip" to REI fortunes?
