I would call a reputable tow company because after they tow it they will end up calling the local PD to have the car entered into the Secretary of State database showing the car was towed.

I usually let them know that i use public databases and have tools that help me locate phone numbers Im trying to make money I have nothing to hide lol!!! 

Flying in from out of state to face the fair housing administration just to pay a five figure fine doesn’t sound ideal.
