The economy is rolling along and does not feel in danger of a crash. 

I myself find it very dangerous to have money without a deal.

I'm ready to leave the rough life of working my tail off in a very VERY DANGEROUS work environment making someone else rich to working my tail off to earn my financial freedom and mass wealth in the world of real estate!

@Jill Rossi I went to the IKEA store in Tampa, and they said they stopped selling wood blinds because of the danger of children getting tangled and injured in the cords.

I also don't believe they have a dangerous breed restriction.

The dangers of lead paint were know in the 40s or earlier.

So the danger of just using a random form that you find online is: (1) it may totally lack any kind of tie-breaking mechanism except dissolution (happened to a recent poster on BP that I commented on); or (2) has a mechanism that is patently unfair to one of the members. 

Flash forward nine years, I'm still at the same unfulfilling job, and I'm getting dangerously close to 40. 

Location wise, it’s one block away from the zip code zoned for the good schools, so it’s not in a dangerous and bad area and It’s very close to a popular small strip mall/shopping center and grocery stores, BUT it is zoned for the same terrible schools as the more dangerous parts of town.
