I'm helping to market a service for realtors and brokers that rolls up analytics and tools into one platform to make life easier.  

This platform would allow those in the industry to Meet, Chat, Connect, Share and Learn- A combination of Linked-In, Facebook and Meetup but  more locally focused than national/worldwide. ex: For state of Georgia/Nevada/Texas/California ONLYSince Real Estate is a local industry, this will allow people to network locally and ultimately help each other complete work and get things done. 

After several more months or couple years I would refinance that property again into better terms or into a loan that cross collateralizes multiple properties into one loan.Today I'm working towards acquiring more seller financed properties.

The event is overbooked - I got 51 people who confirmed their attendance but my gotomeeting platform can accommodate only 25 people.

Truth be told...I probably would have paid close to asking for it.If you have an eye for the deal and know the risks I believe you can find a good deal on any platform.

In Chicago crossing one street can be a big deal.

Leave it as a like for unpaid members or members under certain post limits, and then unlock the more diagnostic voting for pro or plus members or members who have crossed that threshold.

Crossing fingers it works out.
