@Jeremy Taggart HiFirst, we had limited options to areas when we have some connection, we thought long distance investing have to hold some control from local party (family member, a friend).

How do you feel about brrrr'ing a 4-plex thats an hour+ drive away?? Property management seems like a must for me. I found a 4 plex with great numbers but my wife is saying its too far. Thoughts?

Gloucester City, Oaklyn, Clayton, Glassboro, and even Blackwood all MFHs where you can househack and be only a couple hundred dollars out of pocket.If you want to break even you could venture down to Vineland/Milville/Salem but you have to be prepared for a longer commute north and have a thicker hide.Best Luck!
