I would suggest in addition to some of the other advice here, watching some of the call scripts on you tube - not only do they have some great verbiage - but you can also see the tone and style that they use when calling people - you can even watch wholesalers do live calls and see how they handle rejections and how they lead up to the negotiations.

Yep, holding hands with Chris Mason on this one.The "how long have you owned it" on a refi, should be ok,e the 4th or 5 the question, right after, what's your income.....it's such a basic, preliminary important piece of information.As for Quicken itself, I'd never waste time with a buyer who was planning on using them, or accept an offer from a buyer using them.....buy some clothes online, sure.....get your mtg that way, hell no.
