Now that I am an accredited investor I can take a few more chances today that I could not afford in the beginning stages.

Otherwise, it may be years of being stuck in the analysis paralysis stage.

I have relisted at a higher rate when it seems I missed on the price but that is usually at the calling stage.

Is there a platform out there that people are using to track and run the entitlement process and the soft cost budgets for the pre construction stage that has been working for you?  

i also read the review, alot of the negative review's seemed to be centered around not finding the corner and molding pieces. not the quality of the product and i was able to find all the parts i needed. i will say that the life proof is very highly reviewed.

San Antonio is a great place to buy STRs right now :) I would even consider looking outside of the usual tourist places because plenty of people are looking to stay at places near military bases and convention centers plus price points are still somewhat affordable.
