I used to use a service that would scan anything sent to that address and then post the PDF online.  

There is no mention of short term rentals that I saw (I just scanned the article) but if Kelowna is a destination location for vacationers...you'll want to do some research.  

I'd email them a PDF of the contract and just have them sign the signature page and just scan that page and email it back to me.And then, especially, once the parties start to perform - hand over the deposit, the keys, start paying rent, etc., it's also proof of the agreement.I never even worried about how to give notice.  

In other words  we basically have an everyday program that our bodies and minds have adjusted too.

The economic implications of all of this will be FAR more devastating than the actual virus, but to the market's and those who fail to do proper research, it's all about body count at this point.
