Read and post value added questions or information to BP , Reddit and other real estate blogs and forums.

I've read a lot of blogs about the subject however, it still doesn't explain the details to the process.

The blogs and info provided on that site will tell you more that you ever wanted to know about this crazy but necessary system. 

Despite not having any previous REI experience I have managed to become semi-obsessed with REI podcasts, audiobooks, and blogs (many of which belonging to or found through BP).
