@Sara Walters So for a DSCR loan you can be pre-approved and can receive a pre-approval letter.

I had a meeting today with a couple in my area that responded to my Yellow Letters.

1) Pursue cash-for-keys, but make sure you pay NOTHING until they are out AND sign letter giving up possession of property and any personal possessions they leave behind.

He talked about eating better and getting healthy enough to walk around the block to get some exercise.

I was more referring to the legal letter of the law.  

Made for a nice ribbon cutting photo opp and essentially ruined another half a block as those 200 new free condo dwellers have about 500 friends camping outside.

I'm sure you still have to preform a title search and provide any other lien holders  a certified letter of your lien interest and they receive a year to redeem right?
