Your biggest advantages here are not paying rent yourself, building up equity, and cashflowing when you no longer live in the property (which are all awesome).

So, as you go up the 5 (N/S) or the 8 (E/W) you run into awesome, more suburban communities again with their own microculture.

We've bought several properties, but everything is usually so involved I couldn't imagine being remote without having an awesome team.

This is my first post, as a young and new REI I am currently looking for some proper guidance into finding a CPA that has REI experience and can help make sure my LLC is as bulletproof as possible in creation.
