It's very easy to use, great UI and includes Schlage Encode password automation for free.I was surprised at how easy it was to get a direct booking site up with OwnerRez.  

After creating some filtering systems, I've easily cut that down to about 20% of what it used to be and I've automated my email responses so I don't even have to answer most of those.

Do you feel like you end up spending too much time on tasks that should be easier/faster/automated? 

You can often haev receipts/invoices auto sent to an email too and have an automation setup to do it as well.

One of my favorite automations that I have setup (using Podio and Globiflow) is my lead referral business.

If I had numerous STRs, I would be looking for a way to automate the PIN establishment with the guest.
