Maybe not full price but an accepted offer.. with POF up front and financing approvals.. the ONLY time you inspect is when you do your home inspection and that is the last thing you do everything else is done up front with just an exterior walk around.. no one wants to take the time to call tenants make appointments 20 times to show the place.. think about it.. your tenant is who is inconvenienced..
