Hi Travis, I would like to connect with you and see if maybe you can offer me some advice.

I am primarily looking for good neighborhoods and would like some advice as far as where around Memphis others have investments and what parts of Memphis are better than others.Seems like appreciation is not very good so I would be mainly going for cash flow.

The best advice I can give is pull the trigger on something that makes sense to you and learn from it.

My advice Mike -- Get a team and interview property management groups.
