My question is regarding the Paycheck Protection Program and how this relates, if it does, to property owners/landlords under the CARES Act that was signed into law on 3/27/2020. 

It is called CERB program now.

I have read about the FHA $100 Down mortgage program, which allows for a down payment of $100 on a HUD home.

It happens fast, I saw loanDepot walk out 30 processors in 2018, only to offer them the job back 6-8 months later.What I think will happen is HUD will come out another program similar to HARP.

If it wasn't, then the late fee program goes into effect which is clearly spelled out in the contract.

The other programs are fear-based ads. 

We are implementing payment plans with our current properties however additionally we are looking into currently hiring companies/programs to which to recommend tenants in hardship.

Some mentor programs are great to help to get started and other programs are outright scams.  

Trying to provide assistance to my tenants on CT rental assistance programs but as you can imagine it isn't as easy as 1,2,3...do this.

However, the deferral is not available to any employer that receives loan forgiveness with respect to the Paycheck Protection Program loan as described above.
