I pulled a list from both for same location and same criteria. around 350 records from each platform. 

If you are ready, you may pick it up cheap.

If you can offer flexibility, I would put on listing and/or booking confirmation email which day/time the service is and say it is subject to weather.

Many people start looking at places listed in all these top 10 STR markets to invest in are published and look only there. 

I can cross-check some listings for you.

Here's a simplified example of how this can work (or at least a good way to wrap your head around it):Let's say the property you're interested in is listed for $100k and for whatever reason, you think the seller would accept an offer at $90k (maybe it's been on the market for a bit and they've recently reduced the listing price).
