I owe ~475K between them and the interest rates vary from 4.35 to 4.75%I am trying to work out if I would be bettrer off pouring my extra cash (about 4K a month) into paying down my rental debt or putting that money in the market.

The wall shows definite bulging inward.The foundation wall does not appear to have any reinforcing steel embedded in it and the horizontal distress originated in a “cold-joint” that formed in the concrete during the pouring of the foundation.

I'd look at MF properties in Cleveland OH. if she's retiring off of it i'd imagine Cash-flow is pretty important, and Cleveland is pure cashflow.

This isn’t a common product for big lenders to carry but they can lend more money than most local banks or credit unions so I imagine it will give you access to more ltv than the typical heloc.
