Hello everyone,I am reaching out to connect with individuals who have experienced significant issues with the Section 8 housing program, specifically regarding their failure to enforce their own lease agreements.As a landlord, I had a tenant under the Section 8 program who turned out to be a severe nuisance.

I own a three-family house in Queens, NY.   

@Nadir M. tenant is responsible but realistically if a wasp nest is attached to the house I remove it. 

Because we lived in the house while renovating we had no added carrying costs.

I also house the signed leases there so that my tenants can have access to them. 

Hey Kevin, I would just focus on purchasing the house hack and learning as much from that as possible.

The house is fully complete.

We have a lot of money tied up in the unit and would like to find a rental unit the we would consider living in at some point with a house hack option/ADU and or a home that has a better long term appreciation potential.
