Hello fellow real estate investors,I'm considering a potential deal on a triplex in McKeesport, Pennsylvania, and I'd love to hear your thoughts.

@Nathan Gesner My justification for taking the risk is that I have a solid W2 job so I can afford to take a hit for a couple of months for vacancies and maintenance.

We've been working well with them and see ourselves hiring them as a GC.We have 100k left to fundraise but plenty of investor pipeline to get us there.

I have a friend who has one in Florida where he doesn't have to do any repairs or maintenance to his unit.

Maybe if you really like these guys and their work...and feel that they honestly got in over their heads, you could throw them an extra $500 just to appear 'nice'.
