@Ezra Henderson congrats on your first Fix & Flip before getting a HELOC or HML loan I would chat to a few independent mortgage brokers in your area/and or a local credit union and check you're conventional options. conventional and rehab loans are a lot cheaper at HELOC or HML.

Independent probably not the best idea because you're going to need the networking/mentor part...but depending on the product you've sold previous job if it was to high worth clients you could bring value to an existing team.

If that is not possible you should be able to look up agents on the State website for the PIA (professional insurance agents) or the IIA (independent insurance agents).
