I wouldn't do that.Last issue, what wholesalers do is known as a "net listing" in the industry, it is an illegal and unethical practice for a licensee to take sale proceeds above a certain amount agreed to by an owner to accept from a transaction.

After I complied, they then proceeded to make the changes they wanted to it (I use a BiggerPockets Ohio lease BTW).I thanked them for their interest in my property and promptly and firmly declined to modify me lease in any form or function.

My question is this: since my existing siding is, in my opinion, perfectly fine and intact, am I required to use the siding proceeds on installing new siding??
