So I took a trip to the mapping office in my county and was told that neither of the property cards or deeds showed ownership of the driveway.

Plus you have to pay a deductible for each trip - when you already paid them maybe $700-1000 for their warranty.  

@Pat MarcoSo as I was reading your post, my eyes slowly started to glaze over, as I realized I know nothing about company structure and asset protection—comparatively.I would love to read more on this information you shared, but I do not want to get tripped up by weeding through false information, because as you stated, even attorney's may not know this.

I wash them off when they need it, and shake out the floor mats or vacuum the car out between trips (depending on the guests how well they kept the car clean).

We do vacation there at least once or twice a year and though we could at least write off part of our trips, but the cash flow is so illusive there.

Both times required a trip there to get the necessary progress.  

I'm taking a trip this week to Memphis and Little Rock to look at a couple houses and to meet property management to make sure that Memphis and/or Little Rock is the place for me to invest.
