How did you find this listing and why does it appeal to you?

I am offering this as another tool researching areas based on Census data, nice visual tool instead of tables!

It does sound very appealing as I am concerned about maintenance and potential liability and prefer more stable cash flow.Where can I find out more about triple net property and where do people normally go to look for triple net investments?

They are appealing to people because at least around here are fairly newer products.

And the principle of leveraging time with a HML is appealing to me.

More passive investments such as triple net appeal to certain investors.

Of course, using my own money is the most appealing but I want to cover all of my bases.

But the reality is not as appealing.

Years ago (when I was a landlord) we had a school teacher leave our high end SFH a mess when she left.She sued for the security deposit plus damages of some sort, we took pictures & had the neighbors as witnesses to the damage.She also owed a water bill.The Judge ruled in her favor so I appealed it to the Supreme Court (that was an experience as I did it all myself).

The economies of scale even if they are close by and dealing with 20 roofs etc. is not appealing to me.This all goes back to what you see value in.I heavily value my time.
