Hey @Zachary Scott I would say your best bet would be to pick up some real estate books and also to get out and attend (even if they are virtually right now) as many real estate events/meetings as possible.

As long as you are tech-savvy and adept at networking virtually (we all should be getting pretty good at this), you'll do just fine investing OOS - certainly better than you would investing locally in a market that does not fit your goals/criteria.

😀My best,SLone thought is Virtually every guru/trainers    tapes and books  are sold on E bay for 20 to 50 bucks by Students who paid the big bucks for the stuff.. .. start there collecting a bunch of them sift through what you like and what you think might work..

I used to think that Virtual Assistants (VAs) were only for investors who were already doing a lot of deals and needed to expand their team.I used to think that out of state “virtual wholesaling” was only for experienced investors who were dominating their market and wanted to expand.But now, I’m starting to realize that VAs are a great resource for any investor, especially those who are still working a 9 to 5 and don’t have a whole lot of time to do everything themselves.
