When you try to analyze RE like you would the stock market, you miss out on all that REI has to offer that makes it stand out from the stock market...and other investments.Third, Cash is more valuable than equity...by far.

I am about to read the free beginner's guide that is offered on here and take notes and study it and am willing to read, study, and learn whatever I need to in order to be successful in this field.

Also, we have been able to rent several units for a rate higher than we projected which will help make the property more valuable.
