I manage my own STR’s in Houston, but I’m local and I have access to all the trades, cleaning crews because I am also a builder.

They should be your first stop and provide you a full rolodex of trades to get your business off the ground.I have also found the Thumbtack app to be beneficial.

The statement had me a little confused  I don't want to speak for anyone else, but I think what he's trying to say is what some other's are most likely thinking too.....you choose to live in, and do business in, a state that is very, well let's say, Blue, and therefore you gotta accept the consequences of that.....

You may even consider a written agreement where both parties agree on who does what, deadline, consequences, etc.
