my lawyer called their lawyer and explained how we had already signed the paperwork on this issue and that it should have been a done deal, and the other lawyer agreed and said that we just needed to do some paperwork and that they would drop it.so 300 bucks to my lawyer and it is all done.just thought I'd post this as FYI for anyone else who may find themselves in this mess

Then I take my buddy and we walk them streets for dollars putting each flier behind car wiper blades …In one night we can drop couple thousands fliers …got some traction that way ..and some angry calls too …pretty cheap way to get to the source plus as far as numbers game ..cant beat it any comments ?

Look for a deed of release.Another issue, borrower gets behind, moves on, brings everything current has another loan with the lender, the lender drops the foreclosure and agrees to take as additional collateral under another obligation.

But for me my number 1 source is Proquest Technologies.It's appears pricey at $200 a month, then I have to generate my flyers and advertisement in getting the system to work for me...AND IT WORKS FOR ME :-) Overall and bottom line it works and it works well.I have no dog in the fight, I get no referral for people signing up, so dropping my name will not get you any discount.
