Hey @Thomas McPherson,I've heard that CABIs (Collateral Assignment of Beneficial Interest) can be a fantastic tool for scaling your lending capital!

To this day they say it was the best and they all have real estate lingo and knowledge and two of the three (in early 20's now) own rentals.

It's also pay as you go and the more lead credits you buy at once the more you save.
