The county it’s in considers all leases under 6 months to be STRs and taxes them accordingly.

However, have you considered taxes?

Local is inflated prices, high property taxes and sky high insurance.

But you’ll have to pay income taxes, so it depends on other factors if you are really saving from taxes.
