One more goody-two-shoes article advising tenants how to stick it to a landlord.I thought Maryland had some dumb laws... at least we can charge a 5% late fee on the 6th of each month.It would be interesting how the mortgage companies are affected by this law.

Point is, I wouldn't pay off the student loan if I we're in your shoes. 20K can go so much farther in real estate, assuming you know what you're doing.
