I've done a decent amount of reading and research, but I feel like I have run into a road block when it comes to finding the right market to invest in. 

My wife and I have the same idea in terms of buying a home that we plan to turn into an investment property a couple years down the road.

I want to increase our marketing budget and start a different direct mail campaign after Falkirk sells, but that may be a few months down the road.
