Yes, the market is red, red hot, but real estate investing is a get rich slow game.

So I dont want to sugar coat it as this was a  very hard process but it can be done but its even harder now that  the  market  is red hot for multis.

Many will insist on listing it which would raise a red flag to the bank, but you might be lucky, especially if you already have an existing relationship with that attorney.
