I have the skills to do pretty much any renovations myself (having sold my last home which I renovated throughout myself), but will look to use contractors for most of it.I've had some challenges in moving forward, which I'll post in the relevant forum areas.Why I'm doing this.... well, it's really about building wealth long-term for myself and my kids.

My guess a DIY or semi-skilled mason.

There is a skill to logo design that involves capturing the identity of the company and establishing credibility at a graphic level.  

that sounds awesome.I'm in awe of people with those analytic geek skills. but the word geek in me can't help but point out that in Latin (-us) is the suffix for a male name.

I am dedicated to finding a network of people and resources to improve my skills and help me reach my goals to invest in residential properties and achieve financial freedom. 

They try to do the work themselves, even though most of them don't have prior craft skills.

Some markets had already gone soft while other will push through until the entire country has turn but eventually, all markets succumb to the macro economy.
