People wouldn't believe how many deals are lost at what I call the "decision phase" where a lead from an offline marketing campaign goes to research you, and doesn't find good credibility online (which includes the website). 

So far BP has been super helpful.

So I have recently come into a little money, about $700.

He chose a payment date of the 14th of every month on automatic withdrawal .I called the office of Avail.co earlier today, and they said some states consider the "paid" date to be whatever date the tenant's money leaves the tenant's bank account, not the date the landlord receives the money. 

Even if it's at list price, it makes the deal so much easier in the buyers eyes. 

I have given them a call.

If so, any tips for doing this for tems, contract, etc?
