I am new to real estate investing and was looking into taking a heloc on my primary to purchase land and do a construction loan.

at 7 deals falling apart I think you have to face you have a flawed model and/or are off base about what constitutes a real problem. 

I believe you will consistently see amongst those who respond lower eviction rates by investors who focus on the underlying fundamentals of real estate and acquire their properties in A & B neighborhoods.

Fortunately, my business partner is great in that aspect.Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

With the upcoming election approaching us soon, I am curious about what others are thinking on what will happen to the real estate world.

@Jimmy Rojas I always recommend trying to start out locally so you can get a feel for how real estate investing truly works.

The only real money I have is equity.
