What advice and guidance can you share with first-time home buyers?

Hello,I can share with you that in Belgium you need to hold property after 5 years of holding to avoid payment of tax.

Know the architectural styles of Federal, Italianate, and Renaissance and share with neighbors, get them to care.

(No idea how long that might be)I can get a contract on one unit but it would be contingent on being able to purchase both units since they share the exterior and both sides need a complete exterior overhaul.

I just wanted to share my experience.

I am interested in knowing, if you can share your strategy highlights regarding the fact that your properties are all doing well with respect to appreciation rather than cash flow, and I completely agree that travel would be required to pursue cash flow.

I would be very interested to know what information you found if you don’t mind sharing!
