I saw an opportunity to position the property as a long-term rental for workers or residents relocating to be near the casino.

After 2 weeks on market price was dropped to $400,000 which showed me they were eager to sell.

I have absolutely nothing to sell and have been self managing MTRs for 5 years.

My main focus right now is finding my next property.
