reveal that you know little to nothing about professional property management and I stand by that statement.This fantasy that PM's somehow rake in all this money while doing nothing just shows the ignorance of the person posting such stupidity.

They only revealed the FICO score (707) of the partner, which while it is not bad, it is not great either.

Please do enlighten us Tim....that is...if you can without revealing facts from cases in process.I don't see how using perfectly valid 2nd liens to add security interest to private loans could be construed as unethical.

Promissory notes come in a wide array of varieties and if this indeed new to you, your best bet may be to go speak with a local real estate attorney to ensure you get some good advice.

They might even reveal future plans (I haven't paid in 3 months but I will catch up, I swear!).
