Is it mainly because the jobs are more recession proof, or better tenants, or another reason?

The 5 and 10 year options on the other hand could leave us stuck at the end of term in the middle of a recession, then we would be SOL, right?

Add in the mix the foreign investors who love Australia and its stability to park their money.Should there be a nasty recession or a significant hike in interest rates, I bet this will be the biggest crash in history.
